IPP's document management solutions are based on Microsoft SharePoint, the industry leading collaboration product from Microsoft. Our solution approach starts from studying the categories of paper documents, shared folders, soft copies and emails that are currently being created, received and sent out by your organization. This study is carried out across all departments of the organization. We would then split these categories to documents which are created within a department, stay with that department; created within a department, shared to other departments; created within a department, externally shared; documents received from external sources.

The study also will identify the movement of these document categories within the organization for collecting feedback, review and approval. In certain cases where external data needs to be pulled or pushed from other systems like ERP or CRM, that is studied and accomodated as well as part of the solution landscape.

Installation, Configuration, Customization follow the study. Once the solution is built as per the requirements agreed, it is then submitted for User Acceptance Testing and signoff. Following that would be the Administrator Training and User Training.

Cases where Microsoft SharePoint does not cater for, IPP chooses to either customize or bring in third party add-ons as part of the solution landscape thus ensuring full compliance to the business and IT requirements.
